   10% is pretty high for prison population. I think 1% is more like it. I agree with your point that it is too high, even at 1 in 100. I didn’t know it was that high until I looked it up after hearing what you said.

     Yeah. I slipped a decimal point there somewhere.

     It’s about 1% according to what I’m looking up. It’s too big.

     But that’s our culture.
