Got out early and walked briskly. Sound quality is iffy. The mic pulled out of its sleeve and was just flapping in the breeze. I think you can still listen to it, but verb sap. as they say in the old country.

The podcast sounded fine to me with only a little clicking at the beginning. You sounded good, too, like you have a plan for the day that you mean to carry out. I guess feeling better does tend to help with that. 🙂
