You were looking for Eric Flint with the 163x series. 😀 I love that series. I’ve never read any S.M. Stirling, but I do actually own a few and have eyes some others. No doubt I’ll get around to it eventually.
It’s great to hear you talking about new plans for Ishmael. Getting the Share series (back, in some cases) out is obviously very important, but I wouldn’t let it pull you down all the time. If the urge for new work gets too strong, I suggest listening to it for a few weeks and seeing what happens.
Nathan – I couldn’t make out where you were finding characters… And must admit to some curiosity…
Great to hear you thinking about Ishmael. Listening between the lines, I hope he’ll be doing some work with the TIC… I’m betting you could try your hand at some mystery plot lines. A good locked airlock mystery or two…
