You know, you might want to check around and see about getting an appointment with a massage therapist. It really helps get rid of the physical stress, which helps clear your mind to deal with other sources of stress. Your psych therapist might be able to recommend someone.
Oh, that’s a good idea.
I actually have one but I haven’t made an appt in o couple of years.
