    I’m enjoying listening to you. I happy not to hear any coughing. I don’t remember you ever walking as fast as you are now–not regularly like this. I’m not hearing anything about sore legs; so you seem to be doing well with it. That’s a great pace you are doing. I average about 11mph, but that’s on a bicycle. 🙂
