Day Of Pain

Today was a routine dental appointment and I planned to come home to do the walk after.

But last night I was so focused on getting the teeth brushed and flossed that I forgot my evening meds. If the cleaning wasn’t bad enough, I’m having a day of pain so bad that every step shakes the brain. The idea that I’d walk two miles with that much jostling of the gray matter is one I can’t quite cope with today.

Rationally, I know that I can’t do it _every_ day and there will be days that I miss. I’ve had a good run … almost two weeks without a miss.

It still feels like a day of fail.

Tomorrow is another day…

Sorry for the pain. Gotta work that med taking into the exoskeleton somehow. See you tomorrow!

It’s in there … but when I get the schedule shifted (as when I have to drive late in the evening), I lose track.

I need to get a tickler for “postponed tasks” so I don’t lose them like I did last night. It’s been a horrible day.

Nathan, I use my smart phones timer all the time, not the alarm (although I use it ) but the timer. Wonderful gadget which reminds me to put the roast on, gotta get to my hair appt, Dr.s appt, take my meds (yeah, me too), you know, todays stuff. I get lost in life and forget the nitty gritty stuff. Noisy timer really works—-
