I don’t know if it’s really going to storm here today but the looming clouds to the northwest looked ominous. I probably talked more about them than anything else.

We have a mated pair of Red-Shouldered Hawks in my neighborhood, their nest, which they return to annually, is across the street in an oak tree. They often land in our yard after a rainstorm or in the winter to snack on earthworms/wormsicles.
