I got two shots yesterday.
I’m laying low today. We’ll see what happens tomorrow.

OMG, Nathan. Thank you so much for the Wonder Inn recommendation. As a cozy / slice-of-life story fan, there is lots of detail and character but a lowered amount of the “Thing blow-up”. The W-Inn is excellent only in the first book, but halfway through, just after the 40 goblin thing ( Note for comment readers “if you know, you know”).
Can I return the favour? Rebecca Thorne has two book series, which is a little YA, but a good story is good. Tomes and Tea are good: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CBKTXJCW?binding=paperback&searchxofy=true&ref_=dbs_s_aps_series_rwt_tpbk&qid=1729714977&sr=8-1
If I can also call out Travis Baldree Legend and lattes, these I found excellent. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BRBDDJ2D?binding=kindle_edition&ref_=dbs_s_ks_series_rwt_tkin&qid=1729715067&sr=1-2.
Hope you feel better soon.
Thanks for the suggestions.
I’ve heard very good things about Tomes and Tea, and it looks interesting, but it’s off my availability list. I read only selfpublished books. Bramble is an imprint of Tor/Macmillan.
I read Legends and Lattes when it was still self published and loved it.
