I’ve got a heavy yard work project underway. I need to bring my rather overgrown landscaping into shape over the next week or so. It’s taxing my stamina so I’m sacrificing the walk for what amounts to “upper body day” for the next little while. This cycle (22-24) is already a bust. I suspect the next one (25-27) will be as well.
Yes, I’ve neglected it for too long and it’s catching up with me.
