I took two days because one just didn’t cut it. My legs are grateful, although I have one calf muscle that doesn’t like me to sleep very long. Two days with Aloy in Horizon Zero Dawn. Much fun.

No walk. No talk. A day to chase the goals in my new game and let the brain meat cool off a little.
I finished the latest pass through Hard Knocks yesterday. I still have some continuity issues to resolve but they’ll be better addressed once I’ve had a bit of a rest and put some distance between me and the story.
Tomorrow’s another day …
The morning haiku had me contemplating snapshots today and how they remind me of my past stupidity.
Speaking of stupid, I picked up the wrong phone and couldn’t find the recording on it. As a result, I neglected to add “With any luck at all I’ll talk to you then” before swearing at myself for thinking the recording had failed before realizing I was looking at the wrong device.
I clipped off the swearing.
