I went to all the trouble to walk when it was still morning and then forgot to post until evening. Go figure.
Talked about the usual. I’m still worried about the lady who banged her head on the sidewalk. I probably should have walked her home.

Walking today doesn’t seem to have done any permanent damage. Yesterday’s voyage on the treadmill left me hurting. I almost didn’t walk but it was such a pretty day…
