I baked way too much bread yesterday but finally broke through the sour dough barrier. My potato starter delivered a lovely soft and flavorful loaf. I’m looking forward to a sandwich for lunch. I probably talked too much about bread this morning.

So, the yard work isn’t completed yet, but I’ve done what I can do. I’m waiting on contractors to do the rest. Time to dig in again and get the month off on the right (or left) foot.
