Doctor was pleased which makes me happy. There are – of course – more tests, more specialists, in my future but mostly of the CYA variety rather than “Ooh. We should look at that.” I didn’t bother to take off my shoes and just headed out to get the walk out of the way early today.
I need to get back into that habit. Perhaps walking after my Morning Routine and before Writing Time. It’s going to be too hot to walk later in the day very soon now.
