At least I hope so. I was a bit late getting out this morning because it was cold out and I wanted to try to bake something other than bread. King Arthur to the rescue.
I talked about Danann (Not Too Late), the satisfactory resolution of my Satisfactory server issues, and baking buns for sandwiches for the first time. The oven is heating up now. I’ll know in about half an hour whether they’re really nice buns or not.

I know, technically, it’s a 1-day but it’s also the last day of the month and I made my 40 miles this month. I’m taking today as a celebration to commemorate successful completion of 3 full months of at least 40 miles each.
Tomorrow I’ll have no good excuse.
