With 20-30mph winds, it would have been an impossible day to walk. Except the 62F temps made it possible.

Yes, I walked on a 3-day to make up for derping out yesterday. I’ve managed to keep to my monthly goal on the treadmill but with a 60F morning, I really had no excuse not to walk outside. I’m glad I did.

I had every intention of getting out into the sun.

I remembered I needed to walk after the sun went down.
