I need to make this more of a habit. There’s no time to wait around if I’m going to get some air before the morning hits the 80s. I may have to start walking before breakfast. Or find a protein snack I can scarf before I leave.

Talked a lot about how I missed walking outside for one reason or another. I’ve entered the “walk before 8 or walk on the treadmill” period off the year. Also talked about Satisfactory, Enshrouded losing my interest, and No Man’s Sky being the latest obsession.
Technical note: The recording seems to have lost 2 minutes just before the sign-off. Either I was walking really fast or something. I caught it when I went to save the file but didn’t realize it might have cut out a couple of minutes. Sorry about that.
