I almost skipped this morning until somebody reminded me that Sunday is the most peaceful, quiet day of the week for morning walks. It’s a chilly, dreary morning but I feel better for having braved it. It won’t be long before I’ll be cursing the ice and snow instead of the minor inconvenience of wet and cloudy mornings.

The last couple of days have been mostly drifting along from task to task. A lot of reading. A lot of just taking things easy without anything remotely in focus. I’ve slept poorly which has made the days even more of a challenge.
It’s a cold, wet day here and I’m not going out in it if I don’t have to.
Maybe tomorrow.
