I was going to chicken out today because it was snowing. I didn’t.

After a long gap, I made myself go out today. Tomorrow the days start getting longer and I’m counting on that to give me a bit of a spiritual boost as well.

I’m still alive. I’m struggling to get the structures rebuilt and – so far – not succeeding. Walking helps my emotional state. Talking is extra. I’m not doing either right now because I can’t summon the will to put on … Continue reading →
