I’ve been a bit reticent about talking about … a certain subject. I opened the door on it today.

Yesterday was challenging. Back on the horse this morning … well … sidewalk but you know what I mean.

Today’s a hard nope. I hope I’ll make it onto the treadmill tonight but right now I’m going to sit quietly.
