We had some issues with errant fire alarms and pestiferous felines over night. I got a late start this morning.

I was out before sunrise this morning. It felt good. I talked about establishing patterns (habits) a lot.

I had a lot to think about that I can’t talk about which made today’s talk a bit more fragmented than normal.
