My elder hostage to fortune had four wisdom teeth out this morning. I was designated driver and prescription filler. It’s been a long morning.

It’s not like the weekends matter all that much in this house. Without a 9-5 day job, every day is loose. In spite of that a lifetime of Mondays makes me see them as a kind of new beginning.
