The ambient temp wasn’t terrible but when the wind blew? Yeah. Cold.

Yes. I got out and walked. It wasn’t a pretty morning but it looked better by the time I got back.

I lost most of the morning to words and distraction. I’m going to get on the treadmill today. I promise.
