I’m thinking a lot about the choices we’re offered and the myths surrounding both the choices and the offerings.

I slept in (until 6:15) so didn’t get out until 7. I noticed a huge difference in noise levels.

I was actually cold for the first half of the walk this morning. It was glorious.
