The struggle is real. I had a hard time staying on any kind of topic this morning. There are trucks – not as many as yesterday – but no wind.

Yeah. I got the blood work back and … I talked about it today. WARNING: Heavy equipment noise in the beginning and some wind artifacts at the end.

I talked a lot about inertia and momentum today as I struggle to overcome the zero vector.
