Yay! I got out and walked.

My morning started in the emergency room, rolled into the pharmacy, and just kept snowballing. I’ve got an early medical appointment for tomorrow but if it’s not too bad, I’ll walk when I get home.

It’s been a long time since I talked with you. I need to fix that.
