I knew it wouldn’t last. Winter has truly arrived. I hope it doesn’t stay long. I’m using the treadmill and kept the 2 out of 3 day schedule. It’s going well.

My treadmill is getting a workout this week. More single digits keeping me inside and walking on the endless band. No end in sight, I’m afraid, but the walking is happening.

I must have bumped the recorder somehow. I was out for the walk but the recording ended at 4 minutes. Tomorrow is a 3-day but the day after isn’t.
