I really didn’t need the hoodie this morning. Polo shirt would have sufficed.

We’ve reached that time of year where I need to be back from the walk by 8am. Let’s see how that changes the dynamic.

I changed the filter in the furnace the other day and managed to pull a muscle in my rib cage. I can barely hobble around the house. Walking is off the table for the moment.
