Yes. I got out and walked. It wasn’t a pretty morning but it looked better by the time I got back.

I lost most of the morning to words and distraction. I’m going to get on the treadmill today. I promise.

I just spent two hours at the grocery store. Now it’s snowing. That’s my walk today. It’s crazy out there. Stay safe.
