At 5:30 AM. No walks will be taken today unless they’re on the treadmill in air conditioned comfort. In related news, I’m much recovered from what was a rough day yesterday.

Taking this walk might have been a mistake. I stopped recording early but I feel better having done it. Listening to it might not be pleasant.

I really had a good walk this morning.
