My elder daughter decided she wanted to walk with me this morning. We talked about art … among other things.

Yesterday I finished the recording project that just wouldn’t end. This morning I talked about how good that felt and began looking forward to what I have to do next.

Today marks one of the year’s two inflection points — the Solstice. It’s summer here in the northern hemisphere and winter in the southern, of course. It was what I started thinking about this morning.
