My treadmill is getting a workout this week. More single digits keeping me inside and walking on the endless band. No end in sight, I’m afraid, but the walking is happening.

I must have bumped the recorder somehow. I was out for the walk but the recording ended at 4 minutes. Tomorrow is a 3-day but the day after isn’t.

Snow. I knew it was inevitable and even looked forward to getting to walk in it. The reality has left me (pardon the expression) cold. I’ll be on the treadmill again today because walking is more important than walking outside.
