My best intentions haven’t resulted in walks and talking. I have been walking – behind a shovel as I clear the walks and drive. A sub-arctic cold snap has kept me indoors more than is healthy. Maybe tomorrow.

That’s the age when walking on icy sidewalks becomes untenable. I’m looking at the treadmill. Not sure I’ll actually fire it up but I’m thinking about it. 🙂

I botched the morning timing and missed my early window. Now my mouth is uncooperative and I’m wrung out from the dental work. I was afraid this would happen. We’ll see if I can recover tomorrow.
