Yet Another Blue Day. A tight schedule this morning bled into the afternoon and I lost my window to walk outside. I hit the treadmill. I managed to stay on track. Literally, in this case.

A great day for walking outside. First day of the next cycle. What’s not to love. Talked about the last month, playing Satisfactory, and reading Kerns’s “The Shepherd.”
