I got dug into the presentation for RMFW yesterday morning and by the time I realized I was late for the walk, I was also late for lunch. :/

I wasn’t sure I’d make it back before the phone gave out. But I did.

Thanks to all the encouragement, I got back out this morning. I feel better when I walk but I still resist it before I start.
