I wouldn&#8217;t have thought a simple incision in my neck would have taken so much out of me, but there it is.<\/p>\n<p>The biopsy was negative. I&#8217;m going to be working on getting my legs back under me and moving into the new year with my goal of 2k a day.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know when I&#8217;ll be back talking again but I&#8217;m hoping I&#8217;ll be back by the weekend.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I went for a short walk today to test my legs.
