I have no idea what’s going on with yesterday’s file. It might be fixed now, but I’m not holding my breath. Perhaps today’s post will be better.

I had to be up and out of the house around 9am so took the opportunity to walk outside. The treadmill is nice as a backup/last resort thing but walking outside is so much better for me.

Yet Another Blue Day.
A tight schedule this morning bled into the afternoon and I lost my window to walk outside. I hit the treadmill. I managed to stay on track. Literally, in this case.
