I knew it wouldn’t last. Winter has truly arrived. I hope it doesn’t stay long.

I’m using the treadmill and kept the 2 out of 3 day schedule. It’s going well.

    Good going! Yes, that is way too cold for me to consider going for an outdoor walk. I waited until 11am today when it was in the 40s here. It was 28 (in Florida, no less) when I got up, so rather than not going at all I waited until it warmed up.

    The posts even without recordings is appreciated. Good to know you are keeping on.
