When I got home from the walk, I dove into making breakfast and then writing a short piece on the backstory of the Golden Age. So I’ve forgotten what I talked about today. :/

Those vultures you saw, I’m from Kentucky originally. And when I moved to Texas 15 years ago and especially when you see a flock along an electric line, I’ve called them Texas canaries ever since.

P.S. I had wanted to tease you and say about your forgetting what you’d commented on your walk : “Don’t worry, you didn’t miss anything.” But that would be mean and untrue. I did enjoy your walk and your talk. All of it. 🙂
P.P.S. Talk to your Homeowner’s Association, and blacktop that yard! If the grass is growing that much and as fast as you make it sound they’d probably pay to have it done just to make the rest of the neighborhood look better. 😉
