Very interesting…. I can understand your POV on novellas if you don’t like something then it is difficult to actually create something in that mold in the first place because your heart most times is not into the action.
I heartily concur with you on novellas, I am a very fast reader and often left wanting much more from them. Plus cardboard characters, insufficiently explained plot points etc.
BTW Wishing Cross Station is billed as February Grace’s 5th “Novel”. And that does appear to be her real name.
