I was reading an article in the Guardian about living in a “post-fact” society. I talked about that a lot today.

    We’ve never lived in a factual society. For most of history, it was what the king said that was true. Appearances have been more important than reality. You pointed this out in you discussion of Fish and how he dressed at Henri’s – how he dressed made him who he was.
