Nate, listening to today’s walk (I’m almost always a week behind, it seems) reminded me of when my Dr. first prescribed Lexapro for treating my depression. I started it on a weekend and I felt like I was wearing a lead-lined blanket from the dentist’s office for several days. Thankfully I was able to switch meds to a different one that has helped significantly.
