Last night was the Homecoming Dance. I had to wait up for Elder Daughter which put my sleep schedule off the chart. A foggy start (for me) on an otherwise clear day.

I think the thing with writing samples is that they draw a line between the casual writing they do on their blogs and in their daily lives, and the carefully worded, repeatedly proofread writing of their storytelling.

Found diigo, great….. thanks for the heads up, but did not find Blackboard among the site options. Should I just dig a little more or is there a special way to get my list to show up in a Blackboard page. Could just use my outside blogs and just link from blackboard but I was intrigued by your comment of dropping it into a blackboard page.

The diigo tool is called a LinkRoll. Grab the generated code and put it on an html formatted page within Blackboard. Save. Now the list shows up inside blackboard and gets updated automatically
