Looks like we’re back to normal today. I recorded during the early part and checked to see if it was all working. It was.

Happy Birthday, Mrs Lowell.
Happy Birthday Mrs Lowell.
Happy Birthday Mrs. Lowell!! Hope you have a wonderful time on your special day.
gee whiz….you make us (Maine) sound like a third world country. Yikes. I didn’t know we had it so bad!! 🙂
Actually – he made Maine sound kind of attractive to me. There are other parts of the country that are actually worse off. However, he does point up some of the kinds of problems that Washington isn’t really concerning themselves with in regards to the current global economic crisis – and it’s going to come back and bite them in the fundament.
However, if he and his Missus do end up moving back there, they should have a fairly significant impact by injecting a fair amount of cash into the system.
Actually, I like Maine a lot and I think I’d love to move back.
But honestly, it’s a difficult place to make a living compared to other areas of the country I’ve lived in. It was that way before I left and I didn’t notice it was much better on this trip.
I’d still like to come back. 🙂
Idea: Maybe you could put up a short story or some other premium in a fund-raiser to buy your sister a cow. I’m pretty sure that we could drum up enough support.
