Apparently my earbud fell out as I was walking across the backyard on the way out this morning. So far I haven’t found it yet, altho the phone connects to it when I walk thru the yard. :/

Hi Nathan,
You mentioned that you don’t read Jim Butcher because of the Macmillan connection, what did you mean by this? I have noticed that they’re selling his latest ebook for $14.99, which seems a bit obnoxious.
I wonder if there’s a way to weaken the range of your phone, so that it will only sinc up when you’re right over the earbud. Aluminum foil, maybe?
Yeah. That’s the connection.
Macmillan follows a rigorous anti-cannibalization pricing structure. I won’t pay that much for an ebook.
And I found the earbud. Used a combination of logic, triangulation, and a rake.
Based on the rake comment I’m guessing it fell off outdoors?
And my comment becomes a bit silly following today’s (10/31) ramble… 🙂
Yeah. Fell off as I was crossing from the back door to the back gate. I’m not sure HOW but it did.
I’m thinking now that I ought to experiment with tinfoil and syncing in case I need to find it again … 🙂
A quick reply to the north to south Jet. The flight path you are seeing is most likely the Houston Texas to Calgary Alberta connection…there are six direct flights a day on that route three for Air Canada and three for United/Continental. I’ve flown it a time or three.
