Over 60F and the spring breezes are blowing. Gorgeous day out there and I’m walking in the morning again! Yay!
Note: I clipped out about 15 seconds of dogs barking. You’re welcome.
Thanks to Paulette Jaxton for sending me the map files. Looks like I’m back!

Exciting to hear that you expect Z’s Call to be out within a couple of weeks! My clicker-finger is poised and ready!
Nathan – any chance you could release that talk to those of us who can’t make the trek out to you to hear it next week? After you do it for them, obviously. I’d love to hear the presentation.
I hadn’t thought about recording it … I should.
Lemme see how it comes out.
Coolness! Hope it goes well!
I only started listening to TOMMW in October, managing to usually listen to one or two perday. As of this morning I FINALLY caught up! Woohoo! 🙂
Okay, now that my personal celebration is over, a couple of comments –
1. FWIW, I second the suggestion that you record and release your workshop presentation. I’d love to hear it.
2. Re: Releasing Ravenwood for free on Select – I would heartily encourage you to do so. While I know that it doesn’t always pay off (yes, likely a poor choice of words for a suggestion that you make a book free), it was a gamble that was amazingly successful for me. And if the book is having trouble gaining traction, what do you really have to lose?
Okay, overeager fanboy is moving back into the corner to lurk for a bit longer.
Just remember, I’m here……
watching…..
Mwahahahahaha…
Thanks, Jeff.
I’m probably going to do a “last gasp Free Days” promo of it, just because I can.
It’s not that it’s not gaining traction. It’s doing pretty well for what it is. I’ve sold almost 5000 copies since Halloween, which is pretty good. What it *needs* is the two sequels to hit and finish out the trilogy so fans have the whole arc to look at.
But if I get it out to a few thousand people, even if the next book is still out in the future a little … might be a good way to prime the pump for later.
