1) Cataracts – Depending on the replacement lens insert, there’s been cases of people able to see into the UV because the new lens does not filter out frequencies the natural lens does.

2) Regarding the Double Share cover – my first thought was that the Tinker was docked, or was transiting between docks after dropping off a can, and moving to pick one up. So the lack of a can really didn’t bother me.
On the cover.
This is sort of what I thought of also when I saw the image. I can see times when a ship might need to be “underway” without a can, granted it probably would be under control of tugs.
It didn’t really bother me too much, still looks like “cool spaceship” to me.
For that matter, my first thought when Nate mentioned the can as a building block for Odin’s Outpost was … ok, so the ship delivers the can. If the ship can’t get underway without the can, how does the ship, ur, get home? The answer would seem to have to be “it doesn’t; it’s still out there”, unless there’s cargo ships huge enough to put it in a hold/can of theirs and bring it home that way!
The can could get towed without been mated to a ship…
Doesn’t the Agamemnon tow three cans in a string behind it? So someone could arrange for an empty can to get dropped off of the last position.
I’m getting the impression things are not *quite* as standardized as the intermodal containers we have currently.
