Hi, guy, You have a smart phone. Set the alarm to weigh in. I love the alarms. I set alarms for my bountiful baskets, my radio shows, etc, etc. It works great. You don’t even have to weigh everyday; get alarm for the calendar and you can set it to go off on the same day every week. I love my calendar alarm. good app.
