Day 532: The Twenty-Seventh

Yes. I said the wrong date in the beginning of the file and I ended by talking politics at the end.

Sorry about that. I’ll try to avoid those two errors in the future.

Hate to go back to Ridan and the S’s, but I have a question. The new M. S. book coming out Oct. 31 is edited by R. (We know where all her time has gone and it is not with her authors) However, doesn’t he have a publishing house and isn’t that their job? I mean, why pay a publisher, or take such a small percentage, to print your books unless they do stuff like edit your books, etc.? I don’t get it. Is this a dumb question?

I used to go to the main Indpls library because it was several stories, marble stairs, nooks and crannies and stuff like that just so I could hide in the stacks and read the books there and not have to be in the basement children’s dept and read books I could read in 1/2 hour. Thank God for my folks. They let me read anything in the house. ‘course, they did not have porn in the house so it was not an issue.

I’m pretty sure that Orbit’s editing MS’s books these days.

I have no idea what else is going on there. It was one of my main issues–I never knew what was going on and I got left holding the bag too often.

  2. Politics is always a choice between the lesser of two evils –
unfortunately the lesser of two evil’s is still evil!

Politics is the illusion of choice to deceive the masses from understanding the reality of who really controls the world.

Only the true believers, zealots and the “sheeple” fail to realize this.

The world had always been ruled by the “Golden Rule” –
not the one from the Bible but one even older —
He who has the gold, makes the rules!
