HTML editor font size: I use Bluefish and can increase font size with Document/Font Size/Increase. There is also a Wrap in that same area which I use.
No internal viewer in Bluefish; so you have to look at the output in a browser. Bluefish is quite fast without a lot of bloat. There is a Windows version as well as Linux.
About the HTML editor font size, why don’t you use your LibreOffice as an HTML editor? It should allow zooming as it allow this function with other forms of text editing. A thought: Does oowiter put additional meta-data into the HTML file? That could be an objection, like it was with using MS Word 98 as an HTML editor – too much strange stuff left behind, not necessarily problematic,but a mess to look a and maybe slower to load.

LibreOffice puts too much stuff in the file. I’ll look for the option in Bluefish.
