Pea protein powder is nice, especially mixed in orange or carrot juice. I’d watch out for the tuna fish, though. I’ve heard of weightlifters who’ve come down with mercury poisoning after having only eaten two cans a day for just a month.
I use a plastic shaker to mix chocolate whey protein powder with water. No need to use a blender. I have one scoop with 8 ounces of water for 18gm of protein when I do my workout with weights.
I also have pea protein which probably would be good with carrot juice, but I don’t want that. I do mix a teaspoon or so in with the chocolate whey powder and it seems to make it mix up smoother. I tried just the pea protein powder which mixes nice, but I did not care for the taste. Anyway, I think you can mix it in a shaker or with a spoon and won’t need a blender.
